This is a well-structured, dry, fruity merlot, produced in small quantities by a Grand Cru Chateau in Sauternes 
by a Grand Cru Chateau in Sauternes.

1 bottle 2009 Château de Tracy Mademoiselle de T 
This beautiful Château produce a very special Pouilly Fumé from their Sauvignon vines which thrive on the gravel,flint and limestone soil of the property.This a stunning full bodied fruity,dry and flinty wine with hints of ciitrus fruits and leafy blackcurrant. 
Perfect with oysters, salmon, prawns and scallops 
 
1 bottle 2004 St Emilion Grand Cru, Château Canset de la Tour 
Chateau Canset de la Tour is situated south of St.Emilion on soil which is rich in gravel and sand. A lovely aromatic claret with prune and plum flavours, and gentle tannins. 
Excellent with poultry, veal, lamb or pork with either herbs or fruit,also with lightly -flavoured game and soft cheese.

1 bottle 2009 Sancerre Rosé, Domaine Naudet 
Lovely Pinot-noir rosé from an exceptional vintage with fresh flavours of ripe fruits.

1 bottle 2008 Sancerre Rouge, Domaine Naudet 
This wine is rarely seen outside of the region as the production is very small.

Produced from vineyards around the commmune of Meursault, this is a rich combination of ripe exotic fruits with hints of hazelnuts and vanilla oak. 
 
1 bottle 2006 Chablis 1er Cru, Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine Servin  
This is from the finest premier cru vineyard in Chablis. It is a full-bodied, rich and mineral chardonnay with hints of honey and new-mown hay. 
 
1 bottle 2004 Château Fortia, Reserve du Baron, Châteauneuf-du-Pape  
With peppery aromas this is a full-bodied Rhone. It is rich, velvety and complex with prominent flavours of prunes, spice and blackcurrant 
 
1 bottle 2004 Château Canset de la Tour, Grand Cru St Emilion  
Chateau Canset de la Tour is situated on a plaeau with a soil rich in gravel and sand, which i the ideal medium for cultivating merlot (80%) and cabernet franc (20%). Traditional methods are used in the vineyards, and the grapes are harvested carefully by hand rather than by machine. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled vats, and then matured in oak casks for 18 months before bottling. This is a lovely aromatic claret. It has plum fruit with hints of herbs and gentle tannins 
 
1 bottle Vieux Pineau des Charentes, Domaine Tanguidé  
This is a fantastic dessert wine and ‘digestif’, made from 75% unfermented grape juice and 25% young cognac, which has been aged in oak casks for 8 years

1 bottle Cognac V.S.O.P. Chateau Tanguidé  
This beautiful amber ‘eau-de-vie’ has matured for eight years in Allier-oak casks in the Chateau’s cellars. It is a warm, rich and velvety liqueur, the perfect finish to a special meal.
